Once again, Vodacom fails to deliver.

<p>To whom it may concern.<br /><br />I have logged numerous complaints about service delivery and to date I can count on my one hand as to how many times I've been assisted effortlessly by any Vodacom consultant. I know I am generalizing however I am forced to as I cannot keep track of all the names of consultants that have" attempted" to assist me. <br /><br />I have been working in a customer focused environment for year(to date). I've been around the block and worked for prestidged companies such as Mweb to name the least and my current employer RSAWEB who I'd like to add provide excellent support because they take pride in what they do. I wish I could say the same about you however to date I have had nothing but headaches and frustrating experiences whenever I deal with your establishment.<br /><br />I have lost all faith in your ability to resolve even the simplest of queries.
