Once again Vodacom disappoints

We transferred from company accounts to individual accounts which took 3 months - yep 3 months - would have been quicker to visit a Vodacom store and do it ourselves. First month and the money is debited off my account with no invoice received and the amount is a shock – higher than expected. I sent an email to the contact we were given, then continued as per the 'Vodacom Company escalation process' until at least 8 emails later and still no invoice and no resolution to my contract. All the 'escalators' do is send it back to the first in line who has been copied on all the other emails. Anyone got any advice on how to get Vodacom to read an email and respond coherently with a bit of customer service thrown in?

so I received my invoices but that does not assist me as I cannot see where the 600 free minutes as per my package are reflected, I have no idea why a R999 package is over R1500
