Once again NO service

So now once again the small town of Kriel hace no Vodacom service and again us as customers are not allowed to get angry or upset. It was the same problem 2 months ago and now its the same story again. I am still even waiting for the customer service to phone me back after i asked her to because i was actually at work and couldnt take her call at the time. But we must not be angry or upset when we have no service. No wonder MTN is starting to beat Vodacom. I saw the new ratings but us as customers are wrong and there is nothing wrong with Vodacom service according to them
