Once again just appalled at the lack of any service by this large company

<p>Just a warning to stay away from Vodacom. I will not go into detail with the current situation as it is listed on my last review but the outcome is that Vodacom did not contact me as their response said. They have shown me the proverbial middle finger, returned my phone broken to me, without ANYBODY calling me and I'm still sitting with a phone under a 2 year warranty that they refuse to repair. The strange thing is that even the Vodacom engineer report states that this IMEI can be repaired under the 2 year warranty but they just returned my phone without even a call. You can imagine my surprise when I went to collect my phone, (thinking that it was repaired as I had not received any call from them), and it was in exactly the same state.... BROKEN. I will not be continuing my personal or business operations with this company and I caution everyone else to be careful of a company that just doesn't care about its clients who have faithfully stood by them for 16 years. I am furious!!!</p>
