Once again another issue with Vodacom
I just received a sms to tell me that the amount of R2800 will be debited from my account 31/07/2020. How is that possible? I use to pay +- R2500 every month and I recently downgraded two of my contracts.
Why am I now paying R300 more? I am phoning customer care, but only able to get a sms or Whatsapp from Tobi which is telling me that he cant help me. I have struggled now more than two hours just to get hold of an agent.
I am sorry to say, but I have so many issues with Vodacom the last year. I used to be a very happy Vodacom client and have 8 contracts with Vodacom. I can promise you this, I am ending all of them. I am NOT a happy Vodacom client anymore.
