On the 2nd of April 2025,I reported a network outage

On the 2nd of April 2025,I reported a network outage.Outage started months ago and I called early in April to fix the issue,was given a reference number and told that one their technician is going to contact me.To this day no has called me.It's upsetting because we've never has this kind of issue with Vodacom.It's also frustrating,when one needs to connect to the internet or make calls one has switch to flight mode or restart whatever device that's gonna be use.This is nonsense because our data,minutes gets forfeited.Please sort this out
