***** on my Vodacom contacts

To write a review I needed to give a star. No star is deserved. Think twice before taking out a contract with Vodacom. You may wake up one morning discovering that you have an outstanding amount of R42 000 which was spent in Zimbabwe. No police case, no affidavit,no lawyers letter will make any difference. The staff is very indifferent. Your lawyer and police officer may agree that it is *****, agreeing that it points to an inside job! They will keep sending letters, threatening, pointing fingers at you, even though you did a sim swop in the beginning of the contract, they will tell you, you had an open account, even though you never agreed or asked for one! You just know you upgraded, you had a top up account! You upgraded a product, you never gave consent to international roaming! You’ve never been close to Zim! But then again they tell you, even if you went close to the border! It will switch to international roaming! I never had to listen to so much *******! They only going to protect themselves! Please be warned! It is super scary! My name and the amount is already on clearscore! I never ever had bad debt, never was blacklisted! The deteftive asked me to ask Vodacom to phone him! They will just keep sending messages! Please be careful and warned! I will never ever recommend Vodacom! Many people agree with and many said they had huge problems with Vodacom!
