***** on my name and details!

Vodacom how the hell can you hand me over to lawyers for a contract I signed in 2014 for a period of 24 months after which the number went to top up. In 2022 I gave my month's notice and the contract was cancelled in Dec 2022.

I didnt hear anything from you till last year September when I got an invoice to say I owe you money. I did contact you and you to inform you that I don't have any contract with you. Im unemployed so it won't be approved in any case. You said its a mistake and you corrected it. I have invoices that you sent that shows I dont owe you anything.

Now Im handed over to Norton and Lambrianos. And its affecting my credit.

How can you resume a contract, three years after it was cancelled without my permission. Worst of all you didn't even check my details. Im married now so I cant use my ****en name, I dont stay where i stayed before I got married and where the freaking hell did you get my new bank details and who signed and gave you authority to put a debit order on my bank account. That is *****. It goes agains my rights and the POPI act. Maybe I should make a ***** case against you!

Now nobody can give answers. I phone Vodacom customer care then Im told to go to a shop. Get to the shop, they check the system and say phone cancellations, cancelations say phone accounts accounts say go to Springs where the contract was resumed. Drive there speak to them and only get the answer that it was a system generated resuming.

I want this sorted out. You are creating problems. If I owed you money why wait THREE (3) years before contacting me???

I have the original contract. I have your invoices to say i dont owe anything.

What must I do to get this sorted??? Go to Huisgenoot or Rapport and let them get the full story??
