So I select the Device: Samsung Galaxy J1 2016 LTE Smartphone (SM-J120F), the plan:

Smart More Data 2GB (Includes Discounted monthly subs & R10 000 Online Educational Voucher,

50 mins, 25 SMSs, 2 GB data,Plan Cost: R299 PMx24.

This was the 23rd of March, I get the confirmation sms with the order and tracking number as well as an e-mail with a link to confirm the order which I do. I then get a phone call the Friday from Vodacom regarding the plan I selected and after a few minutes all ok and I get another confirmation sms, this was Friday the 24th. This morning Monday the 27th I get a call to confirm the order (again) after a million security questions I get told my J1 Ace Neo is going to be delivered soon, when I then inform the lady this is not the phone I ordered I get told sorry the order will have to be cancelled and I would have to place a new order! Why? I do not get given a reason accept that she can't change my order? OK so who changed it? She tells me that someone from sales will call me! Yah right!! Vodacom I wanted an aditional contract! Never mind!!!

Best regards,
March 27 to April 2nd not a word from Vodacom! Perhaps I should cancel the current 2 contracts that I have with them as well and go to Telkom, MTN or Cell C? In my eyes Vodacom is only going from bad to worse! When will the so called consultant actually make contact? Empty promisses to keep the consumers quite! This is typpycal behaviour from the big corporates they promise customer service but couldn't care less about their clients or prospective clients!
