On hold for hours!
<p>Call back does not work. I phoned 5 times. Each time I wait 30 minutes for soneone to answer. Then I am transferred to yet another consultant and need to wait another 30 minutes listening to their dreadful musak! I can no longer deal with Vodacom. </p>
