******* on expiring contract, full fee charged.
vodacom doesnt cancel my contract and then charges me a full fee for month. a consultant called me and told me the contract is no longer available and they need to move my contract to another plan. so I advised, please cancel it. she transferred me and the phone cut. i tried twice to call with no joy. i then sent an email clearly stating that I want to cancel with no fee and penalties. i got a response that they will cancel from end of nov. now they charged me the full rate for November and not a discounted rate that I was paying for last 3 years. i will not accept this. Just know how to rip customers off.
