On Cancellation of contract, terminated line and still terminated even after numerous attempts

I recently cancelled my cellphone contract from a Business Contract to a prepaid contract. On the day effective day of the cancellation, the line stopped working. I then contacted Vodacom and they informed me that they will reinstate the line. They did temporarily but the internet was very slow and my phone ****ionalities in totallity just slowed down. After numerous attempts to fix this with many consultants tranferring me around, i finally managed to get hold of one consultant who indicated that they had termined my 4G and LTE and that they needed to reactivate this. I left the call thinking all is well. Since then, my line has been terminated and thus i have no access to calls and internet. My phone is just a s**** after my numerous attempts to get this sorted. This is unacceptable service considering i have been with vodacom for over 10 years now and still have other phone contracts line with them. If this is not resolved, this will be my last contract and will be seeking all available remedies to cancel my other contracts to move to a more competent service provider. I had recharged my line with airtime of R250 and 1 gig of data. Now what happens to all this now that my line has stopped? Do i loose my hard earned money because of Vodacom's poor service?
