***** on Account
I have been subject to a ***** on my Vodacom account for four months now and it is still ongoing. I immediately went into a Vodacom store the first time I got a notification that a contract had been approved when I had not asked for one. I sent an affidavit and my ID signed three times to ********. There are four numbers on my accounts that are *****ently on there. Every month, I go to a Vodacom store, and they log a new query. I get a call from customer service to say they cannot do anything but will escalate it to ***** Analysis. At that point, the query gets closed. I then have to start all over again. the ***** Analysis department has never contacted me. I am currently out of pocket for over R15,000.
