***** on account but no help

Vodacom are absolute the worst company to deal with, I have have reported ***** in June only to be told that someone will contact with with feedback,my bill keeps increasing on a monthly basis and nothing is being done by Vodacom, my advice is to never deal with such a company who has no way of dealing with clients absolutely the worst and most pathetic company who don't know how to look after clients. Becareful of their call center staff because I guarantee that this is done by an internal person.
