On a wild goose chase

On a wild goose chase with Vodacom Fibre. On the 14th of August 2025 I app**** for Fibre connectivity with Vodacom. The router was delivered on time as promised. For a period more than two months. I have been trying to get it connected with no avail. I have spoken and emailed to several consultants from Vodacom, Phumelele Bhengu, Zenande Cetshwayo and Thembelani. The latest being Siphokazi. A month ago they sent a technician from Vodacom by the name of Mishan Ramnarain. Who came to sort out the problem and indicated that the problem was with Zoom Fibre and he promised me that he had lodged a complain which was supposed to be responded to. Surprisingly Zoom Fibre has a billboard on the school premises marketing their service to the public. Marketing themselves to the public yet they can't provide help to the school that has offered premises for them to market their product. As the principal of the school I am being sent on a wild goose chase by both Vodacom and Zoom Fibre. Zoom Fibre has **** promising that their technicians are attending to the problem, to an extent that both Zoom Fibre & Vodacom would close their tickets under the pretext that the problem is resolved. Can the CEOs of both companies intervene to resolve this problem. The schools name is Hillgrove Secondary School, the address is 77 Hillgrove Drive, Newlands West, Durban, 4037. The telephone number is ***.
