On a previous complaint I was told that Vodacom will come back to me regarding the reward I was falsely promised.

<p> I was contacted by Vodacom, recarding my complaint - added below. The lady told me that they will still come back to me, to tell me if I can still get the discounted amount and new router, that I was falsely promised as a reward. They did tell me that the recording was listend to and that the person will get a warning. But I'm still waiting to hear about my discount and new router?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Was **** to by Vodacom, just to sign up a new line</p> <p>A guy from vodacom phoned me Mckaylyn who told me what a wonderful customer I am, and that vodacom wants to reward me, he told me that I will get a free WI-Fi Router and that my existing line will be charged less for 5G data. I repeatedly asked if he is sure that it is on my exciting line, because I DON'T want a new contract, he said yes, for no extra costs to me, I will pay less than I'm paying now on my exciting contract and I will receive a new Wi-fi router, while I was asking questions the call dropped. And suddenly I received an sms that a new line on my name was approved. I DONT WANT NEW LINES I HAVE 5 ALREADY! I was **** to! And I dont want an extra contract, I wanted what he told me was a reward to me, that I will pay less on my exciting contract and receive a router! But no it was a lie and a new line.</p>
