Ombudsman please look into Vodacom please

Vodacom I am still waiting for documents to cancel my contract with Vodacom, I called one of the consultants they said I have to open something again before I can imagine what a stupidest answer ever, I don't want anything to do with Vodacom and she actually said that... Again every month they debit lots and lot's of money that i done have no idea of! the consultants will cal or I will call them want to understand this whole mess and asks you questions when u reply, you don't see because it's via Phone and also you go to the nearest Useless also can I please get ombudsman contact details please.
