Old number recycled and my private information exposed without my consent

Guys!!!!! I used to use a certain cell phone number that you guys have now recycled (this was last year) and it's linked to my emails and stuff. When this number was taken away and recycled I assumed my details would also be removed. I left your network and accepted that you gave this number to someone else but you did not delete my information before you recycled the number!!!! This person had my details on the myvodacom website!!! My ID number my email addresses my full names and I got my bank calling me about attempted ***** now. I check my emailes I see that otps are being sent to my email from the myvodacom website. I follow the link and all my details guys are there! ID number, email address date of birth, full names the works. Out of panic I remove my details. The only think I couldn't remove was my email address. But it doesn't make a difference, this person (according to my emails) has been accessing my old Myvodacom account and he has been viewing my details. you have compromised my confidential information!!!! Without my consent!!!!! You guys have exposed my life. He literally knows my everything because of you guys.please note that I am currently considering going the legal route. I did not give you consent for this. Please contact me as I still need my email address removed!!!

By the way your services are appalling. I tweeted you and the response I got was "we recycle numbers after every 4months of inactivity" I called you guys with my friends phone and spoke with a sthembiso who put me on "MUTE" not even hold Mute for over 20minutes and then ended the call.
