OLD FORT ROAD VODACOM CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE EXTREMELY POOR :-(

I went to the Vodacom Kingsmead Branch an hour ago. 2 x male employees are washing cars outside. i went in. I enquired as to whether I could get a quote for repairs. I was told to go to the far end. A lady was behind the desk attending to a customer the whole time I was there and a customer was already waiting ahead of me. I sat there for 20 minutes. There were 4 other staff members in the shop, but i was told to wait at the repairs. Surely all vodacom staff are trained and know how to book a phone in.???????????????? . 1 employee male dressed in a red shirt sat on a chair and looked around. Another lady in a red shirt was on a personal cell call. The lady that helped me when I initially enquired also in a red shirt stood next to an employee wearing a black shirt whilst that person was calling someone. 6 employees but no service? I's disgusted. Is this why I pay vodacom 2k every month ????
