Oh no, Oh NOVodacom

Unfortunately, because I am forced to work via Vodacom’s customer care, and getting no response, I am now using this forum seeking intervention from Vodacom’s CEO to resolve my complaint and rectify and reinstate my account.

Your ***** investigation and Customer Service are totally indifferent which now necessitated that I escalate this matter to you, the CEO as my last resort. I assume that it is either an inside job at Vodacom or inefficiency of a staff member to verify identity of a client.

I have sent e-mails to ********** but have received no response after the authentication response. I have sent it twice. No response.

I then visited a Vodashop on 19 April 2018 and a person by the name of Lucas phoned Vodacom in my presence.

I have then been advised to send a copy of my ID as well as an affidavit explaining the situation, which I have done. But, I have still not been contacted or received any response.

In a nutshell, I have not subscribed/migrated to a Smart S, and neither have I received new handsets. Two numbers have been **********ly upgraded on my account.

We are now approaching month end and I am appealing to you to assist me to resolve this matter urgently.

This whole story started on 21 April. Today, more than a month later ..... Yes, a consultant of Vodacom did contact me and addressed the crux of the ***** problem. On 8 May Vodacom posted that the problem had been resolved, even though I was still waiting for corrected invoices and statement as well as the name of shop where the ***** was committed. I asked several times since then for this and even stressed this week that I also need new invoices and a statement which is payable at the end of May. Only to be told "you don't owe us anything" and twice this week I was sent a JSP file (Java Server Page) as attachment that should contain a statement!. It is a joke...and very very strange .... Why don't you send me the invoices, statements or the name of the Vodacom shop where the ***** was committed.
