Offline Service

Me and my brother went to Dion Wired in Kolonade Pretoria to get a laptop on a Vodacom contract that we had seen. the deal was an Asus i7 laptop with a modem and 2gigs. this was a great deal for me. we went to Dion wired on the 28 February, when we got there they told us that Vodacom was offline nationwide, they said there was nothing they could do for us, the best option was to come back. I called on the 4th March asking if Vodacom was back online, they told me it was back online. so we decided to go back to Dion wired on sunday 6th March,To my shock when we got there Vodacom was still giving them problems and it was offline. The lady helping us Keneilwe, said she even called the head office to check if they were experiencing the same problems. and apparently they were. How can big company like Vodacom be offline for an ENTIRE week????? and there is no way I will get this deal again, as the deal was ending today. The only solution I was given was to check for more specials as this might come back again... REALLY??? Vodacom come on, OFFLINE for an entire week, with no valid reason as to why they are offline. Vodacom don't play with us by doing this great deals then be OFFLINE!!
