offline cannot assist me Friday 15/4 @ 2.39

I have called the local office 3 times and spoke to Rose at Moffat On Main this week.<br> I called the call centre today 15/4 and spoke to Mangele Kumalo at 2 :40. Systems are down and she cannot help me I should try in an hour again. Sounds like she was eating a sweet of sucking on a sucker while she was assisting me. Very frustrating. I and beingcharged R170 per month and R30 per month on 2 contracts for handsets. I am sure that this should have been stopped by now and no body can asist me to explain why not ?
