OFFERED A PRODUCT THAT NEVER REQUESTED FOR FREE

I got a phone call from Vodacom offering me a product and the call was voice recorded and I kept on saying, If you charge me, I'm not interested and the sales person said its for free, I qualify for it, after delivery I called Vodacom enquiring about my statement, Only to find out another line was opened and I'm responsible for payments without my consent, another 24 months contract added on top of the existing one I have with them, Got an upgrade with them already this year. They wanted to over indebted me.. I would like to have the same product for FREE as per their promise. Cant stand their EMPTY PROMISES ANYMORE COZ ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME DOING THIS TO ME.
