OFFERED A PRODUCT THAT NEVER REQUESTED FOR FREE

I was offered a product without me asking for it,i reported the matter then couriers came to fetch the product back to the sender Vodacom,my shock now I received a bill that im owing them.<br> <br> <br> ALSO I WANT THE PRODUCT OFFERED FOR FREE AS THEIR PROMISE.
