Offer / Sell devices that can't supply Part 2 of ?

So Now i been over 5 weeks(35 days) since Vodacom sent me an sms to say they are investigating my complaints, i still have no feedback as to whether I will receive the watch I am currently paying for or the correct products advertised as promotions. I feel the service Vodacom is in resolving complaints is very poor.<br> <br> Vodacom offered me a phone with a watch that can do specific things then turn around and say they cannot give me what they offered.
