**** off ex client of Vodacom 😠🤬😡

I have paid my account with Vodacom in 2020 and closed it they send me the paid up letter and it's still reflecting on my ITC score I have called them on many occasions but this issue is still not resolved I'm very ****off with them and the level of services and lies I received I will inform all my friends on social media as well about my experience and will never recommend them to anyone this account is still open and it's blocking me from getting a home loan and personal loan it's 2021 and we Going into 2022 and this is still reflecting on my ITC score on all platforms I spoke to management and legal department and they told me that it has been closed and lies and it will take 21 working days I waited and waited but nothing happen I'm really going to report them to the NCR if this is not resolved.
