**** OF A COMPANY CANCEL MY CONTRACT

I am so ****ed with this company, I did an Iphone contract in Dec 2022 which was a 3 year contract which I do not have a problem so now my contract ended Dec 2025 but this month I received a tax invoice saying I need to pay R5 then on the 7th I called the vodacom customer care wanting to understand then I got a consultants did not get his name said that my contract is due in 2027 which I disputed then he checked then he concluded that I needed to pay two hundred and forty something for so that they can be able to close it then I waited for the sms and email that they said they going to sent so that I can make the payment but received nothing then I called again on the 16 spoke to this other rude lady said that she is unable to log in on my profile which I do not understand why then she told me to call customer service maybe they will assist which I do not understand cuz the details that I gave her are the details that I am going to give to the customer service consultant,then I called ccustomer service gave them the same information that I gave to that rude lady then he was able to login on my profile then when he checked he said that if ever I am cancelling my contract I need to pay two thousand four hundred and something so I ask him how come cuz my contract ended in Dec 2025 so that amount is for what as I do not owe Vodacom anyone then he told me that my contract is for 4 years 1 months I told him that is impossible cuz the is no contract for 4 years 1 months how is that possible and also my statements are not the same cuz the Dec balance is higher then the Jan balance and on the Dec statement the is a hand set which is the phone I bought in 2022 then on the Jan statement the is no hand set(phone) so I cant be paying data for the amount that they charged me, I need my contract cancelled and I wont be paying any amount of money cuz I do not owe them, I did pay them for their phone now its my phone, I do not want their data. Vodacom is a **** I even told the consultant that if only I was paying a phone with the amount that they charged me but only for data no ways.
