ODACOM POOR SERVICE AND STUPID REPAIR CENTER

<p>My iphone 6 wasnt working. Via the correct channel it got sent for repairs at vodacom. Still less than a year old. I was told tha tit was irrapairable but as the screen was cracked and the phone was bent, i had to pay R5000.00 to get a replacement. Firstly the screen was not cracked ony the glas protective screen (brilliant tecntion who did even see that) and after taking it to an Apple shop for checking on the "bend" issue they deemed the phone perfectly straight!! Ofcourse it os now out of guarentee.... Issue not resoveled no matter who i phoned or tried to speak to. And this is how customers are treated. We have 6 contracts with them and that makes me sad!!</p>
