Obtaining Documents from Vodacom

Please can someone help me in obtaining an invoice from Vodacom, once account has been handed over. We are not allowed to contact Vodacom directly, and the Attorneys also don't have the document we require to make the payment. Please advise on what I can do to get this resolved.
