OBSCENE CHARGES

I have a data contract with Vodacom. The monthly charge (for 2GB) is R109.00. I was charged an additional R1 043.10 for alleged additional data usage. This is reflected on the June 2015 tax invoice. The call centre agent informed me that I went out of bundle and that Vodacom charged me R2 per MB!<br> Thus, 457.5MB costs R915.00 excluding vat. This is absurd. Vodacom charges additional data bundles for cell phones at the rate of R59.00 including vat for 250 MB. Therefore, how can the charge for 457.5 MB be R915.00 excluding vat? In any event, R2 per MB is obscene. <br> 1GB of data at R2 per MB equates to R2 000! <br> <br> <br>
