OBF Policy in conflict with consumers right
Had an upgrade on Monday 2/3/2015. Brand new iPhone 6 64G. It was switched on and by the time I arrived home it switched off and said battery needs to be charged. When I connected the phone to charge, it switched on with 40% battery. Have had several iPhones before, I knew there was a battery problem. I went back to the shop, but because off Vodafone ridiculous OBF Policy, I have to now wait 7-14 days. Unbelievable! I was told that they have to check.....\make sure it didn' the fall in to the water!"when I handed it in"
