OBF on CAT B15Q

We drove all the way from Kathu in the Northern Cape to Secunda Vodashop LG13 in order to land a specialized rugged phone CAT B15Q. I must say that nowhere in Gauteng and or Northern Cape this phones was available.
Menlo Park in Pretoria approved the contract and I was therefore advice to collect the said phone in Secunda.
At first the lady Elize at this shop was very help-full by assisting us with getting the phone.
This was Friday March 3rd 2015.
Now on Saturday I have found that the phone isn't working as supposed and I immediately phoned the Secunda Branch on Monday. I was advice to bring the phone back and have it replaced alias Elize.
Tuesday back in Pretoria I went to Menlo Park simply because there is a technical department there. I was advice by a technician by the name of SAM that this particular phone do have a firmware problem and need replacement.
Sorry to say this is where the issues started. phone back to me, the phone was replaced after huge fuss but the technical fault on the firmware malfunction didn't even made them listen to that this phone depleted 1.2Gig and R365.00 off talk time in a matter of 3 hours without any call being made.
