The battery of my Samsung S7 Edge does not even last half a day. It was sent back and after 10 days I received it back with the response that there is nothing wrong with the phone. Today is the first day I am using it again and the battery is already almost flat again. At 5:43 this morning my phone was fully charged. At 7:38 it was on 74% and now at 9:42 it is on 31%. The moment the battery starts losing power the phone also gets really warm. So please tell me how Vodacom can say that there is nothing wrong? According to the CPA I have the right to insist that the defective product be replaced. I have already been without the phone for 10 days, and I do not want to go such a long period of time again without a phone. I was told by Kelly-Anne in the store yesterday that the same procedure would have to be followed again if I brought the phone back today. I find this unacceptable!! Why should I now have to suffer without a phone that I am paying for because Vodacom issued me with a defective device??

I was helped to sort out the problem by Lizanne at the Centurion Mall store. Thank you.
