OBF

I have handed in my phone at Krugersdorp Keywest branch after having it for one day, the phone was booked in on Tuesday morning 02/02/2016, it is now Tuesday afternoon 09/02/2016 and I still have No response from this branch regarding my phone, if it will be replaced or refunded, I paid cash form my phone Sony Z5 = R8600,00.<br> <br> Can you say day light *******, I have not even gotten a message from Vodacom to say that the phone is currently at a technician being assessed... the worst is that in store it was said that I would have an answer from them with in two days... this is just so unacceptable!!!<br> <br>
