O shucks its Vodabucks!

I am having the most frustrating experience with Vodacom. I became aware of the Vodabucks store via the Vodacom app and repeated SMS prompts. I am an avid online shopper. On 28 November I ordered a Huwawei blue tooth speaker and Polariod watch. I did not use any of the worthless Vodabucks, and paid with my credit card. About a week later I received my delivery. But when opening the box only the bluetooth speaker was inside. On the app it said that my order was completed and delivered. I called Vodacom on 9 December about only receiving half my order and was informed that the watch I ordered was sold out (Why was it not indicated when I ordered the watch??? Why did I receive no communication about this?). I was given an option on either get my money back or to choose a different watch. As I ordered it as a gift for someone else, I asked them what they would like and they wanted the watch so I opted in choosing another (lower end) watch. From 9 December until 4 January I received no parcel and no communication until January 2021. On 4 January I contacted Vodacom again. The operator at the Talking Points department said she could see the first request (after my 9 December call) and lodged a second one saying it might take 24-72 hours for me to receive feedback. On Friday 8 January I received a second delivery from Vodacom. Happiness that the watch finally arrived was cut short when I opened the parcel to find a second blue tooth speaker! After spending the best part of 40 mins on the phone, being sent from one department to the other, I finally got another operator to lodge a request on the system. The 8 Jan operator said they cannot see the 4 January request, only the 9 December one, but that they will lodge a complaint again. As I was told on Monday 4 January, I was once again informed on Friday 8 January that requests lodged take 24 - 72 hours to resolve. Never in my life have I struggled this much with an online shop, and I doubt that I will ever buy anything from the Vodabucks store again.
