numorous jobcards on cel and swap phone for obf

ever since I upgraded to my sony aqua cell phone I had problems, went in for numorous jobs, the third time welkom chatz connection send in to repairs in Johannesburg, then phone came back and a swap was done to m4, as consultant started phone up it aldready gave problems, then said we can take it to Nelspruit branch as we moved to mphumalanga on that next monday,,,I took to Nelspruit Vodacom and the swapped phone was sent in, then two weeks after approx. we went back to Nelspruit Vodacom, got the phone....same problem, freezes...they did software upgrade in shop, then worked, we left for back home to Barberton, 40km from there, on the way again the cell froze and is still in that mode, doesn't switch off at all, at Vodacom nelspruit they saw on system that I WAS GIVEN A OBF, OUT OF BOX FAILURE PHONE THAT VODACOM SWAPPED IT FOR, I AM NOT HAPPY I HAVE BATTLED WITH THIS CELL SINCE BEGINNING AND NOW I AM GIVEN A OUT OF BOX FAILURE PHONE, THIS IS THE JOBCARDS IN PAST ***7, ***5, ***7, ***3, THE OBF SWAPPED PHONE JOBCARD BELONGS TO Z KRYGER JOB CARD NR *** THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME, I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL, ALSO EXPENSES A SIM SWOP FOR MICRO SIM AND PUT A TEMP GLAS
