Numerous *****ulent contract open under my name at vodacom

I have been a victim of *****ulent contracts which are open at vodacom using my name. First contract was open last month in February without my concern which I have alerted Vodacom and they have promised me that the issue will be resolved as the agreed that its was open online with *****ulent information, thereafter I was told that they will ensure that my ID will be flagged to ensure that if any application unde my name should require in person verification but to my surprise another contract was open this month March using my details and now I begging to belive that it's an inside job and the fact that I was told that the issue will not happen again and still it happened and no one seem to know how to help me. The worse part is that every application must be verify for validity but it seem vodacom its just allowing people to open contract with falsified details and I feel exposed by vodacom because they are violenting POPI act
