Numerous calls dosconnecf and finally to call bac

My worker needed an emergency ambulance and asked me to call. The 112 emergency number is my access bumber for such calls, holding on forever and finally when answered calls whete dropped twice, 3rd call lady answers and o ask her to put me through to ambulance services in magaliesbirg, She replies no answer what other place an she try i said pejaps krugersdorp, she replies af sorry mam i cant through please call in 5 minutes!!! ***!!! Emergency and 5 minutes in same sentence is NOT OK!!! Ehy not gove me an option or try another town or alternatively a police xentre or somethingg... Vodscom you dont just dieconnect someone because of no reply when in an emergency situation!! I am keeping the proof of my calls and i will name and shame you! No honour as a supposed emergency support! Needless to say i have taken her to emergency casualty by myself
