Numbers cancellation

Hi is Matome. This is my third review about vodacom complaining about same thing. I'm writing this on behalf of my mother. On 13 May 2025 my mother numbers where cancelled as requested thanks to that, on 26 May 2025 someone from vodacom "Naidoo" called mum and registered the numbers again. We called customer care on 13 June 2025 till today no feedback. Vodacom customer service is very poor. My mum is pensioner but vodacom doesn't threat her like, they want her to rest in stress.
