Number Porting
I requested to port my pre-paid vodacom number to afrihost airmobile a week ago, it supposed to take 48 hours, vodacom is yet to send the OTP. I opted to port to airmobile as they offer me a e-sim with my current number that vodacom apparently cannot according to the Middelburg Midwater branch. Dialing 135 is useless as you cannot get anywhere to talk to a human

04 Dec 2024, 11:57Turns out I had to sort this out myself as the call centre struggled and the branch also just got a esim on the app myself. And it was possible unlike the branch told me. And I did not need to visit a pos as the guy from the call centre told me. At least he did tell me about the option on the app
