Number ported without consent and swim swap requests

My Vodacom number ********** 314 is been ported without my consent on 4th to MTN. I got messages on the 4th about the porting at round about 18h00 and thought it was just the spam messages and to my surprise today on round about the same time just after 17h00 [The time when the MTN port services are already closed] I got messages about a request of SIM swap and the 3 failed attempt messages . I then started to panic, called Vodacom where they confirmed my port and cannot reverse it until I call MTN which I did only to find out they close at 5pm. I was told by Vodacom the port will go through around 11pm today. I called the MTN customer care to report the swim swap of which I was told it cannot go through I will have to call in in the morning to reverse the process call ref ********** 75063. Please help.. ASAP

RESOLVED. No one contacted me from Vodacom though. I called MTN and cancelled port and my number has been reinstated to the Vodacom network and the Sim swap flagged.
