Number not cancelled

I called Vodacom in December 2022 to cancel one of my contracts and they advised me that the cancelation is loaded. I have gone to Vodacom to find out which numbers can upgrade only to find out that the contract was never canceled. Can anyone do their job right at the cancelations department as this appears to be a big problem overall? I called them to cancel the *** number, but they never sis anything.
