Number mysteriously stopped existing!!!
Took out a Vodacom contract last June whereby I ported my number as well. For the last 2 months or so I have been experiencing issues where people calling me say the number does not exist. I have logged 2 calls to which both were closed without any contact from their support center. Now I remember why I left Vodacom many many years ago.
Seems like their approach is to close as many calls as possible to achieve good support stats.
So disappointing!!!
