Number hacked while still actively inside my phone and they borrowing money in my name

My Vodacom number was hacked by unknown people! This number was Rica in my name! How they were able to get hold of my number, by-passing all the security protocols is a mirage of the mind ! They are borrowing money from different people using my phone number ! Now I have so much debt to pay from different individual and friends ! I have been calling the customer care line for over 14 hours with no help forthcoming! I really need a trusted lawyer to reach out to me as I don’t intend letting this slide! The debt! The shame and the fact that my privacy was violated through a service provider entrusted with my personal details is alarming! I need a lawyer asap
