Number hacked again in two months I am convinced Vodacom is failing to protect our data and contravening POPIA regulations

My phone has been hacked again in a period of 2 months, I am not able to receive any calls I have been calling Vodacom useless 082135 number and there is no help whatsoever on that number the least you will get is to be routed to the stupid tobi platform that can not even pickup my response.

First time my phone was hacked Vodacom committed that they have protected my number and it will not be hacked again, it’s either they are working with the perpetrators or they are failing decimals with regard to POPIA compliance in terms of managing our data and this will cost you greatly .
