Number deletion

On Friday 6h25am, the 10th of July. My phone indicated an error on the screen. The error stated: \sim not provisioned:2"I had no cell service.The call centre indicated that my sim was faulty and that a sim swap is required. I went into the Tygervalley Vodacare and app**** for a sim swap. After the required 4 hour waiting period the same error was displayed on the screen with the new sim card inserted. I returned to the shop"
