Number deleted from Network without warning

I defaulted by 2 days (but did pay the agreed amount - albeit 2 days late) on my arrears and yesterday my number was removed from their network, no warning, no messages, no phone call to advise me this would happen, I am very unhappy with the customer service, no one can help me and all I get told is they cannot give me my number back even though I committed to pay the full outstanding amount immediately. Please can someone contact me, all I want is my number back, my entire life is connected to that number, work, private, etc. I cannot believe no one contacted me to let me know that my number would be deleted, is this what Vodacom does to customers? Yes my account was in arrears, but i made an arrangement to pay, and thought everything was ok. How can Vodacom just delete a number from the network without any warning? Shocking

Also, if my number cannot be re-activated i want a full refund of what was left of the 3GB data and my airtime i had left on the account, otherwise i will open a case of theft.
