Number deleted
My cellphone number was deleted after asking to be converted to prepaid. This is costing me money as I'm disconnected to business networks. Vodacom cannot explain who did the cancellation and why. There is no consequence for such reckless behavior. Um disgusted with the service and would urge people to not do any business with Vodacom.
