Number Deleted

I had an account for 4 years with vodacom, all went well, i work on commision and the last few months has been hectic, i phone this morning as i have now enough money to settle my account, get told that my number has been deleted and recycled, i will happily pay the money as my number is my lifeline, all my business cards is on that number, the lady at call centre states i cannot get my number back and it will be given to someone else, please just give my number back to me as i need it.

Its not a matter of assisting, you ********** number states that my number is gone and i can never get it back, and when i complained about it she said you should have paid your account on time. Very RUDE and this is not service

i paid this account for 4 years without any problems, the first time i run into some difficulty this is how you treat me? absolutely atrocious

I spoke With Sonwabo on ********** , he stated i can never get my number back I also never received an sms stating that my number will be deleted
