Number change

Good Day,<br> <br> I logged a complaint on the 21 January in regards to changing my number for a new contract as i was being hounded by the previous owner of this numbers creditors and getting disturbing messages via whatsapp and sms. A lady called from *** stating she is from Vodacom and is resolving my issue.. A week later she called again saying she is arranging the number swap. Its now the 11th Feb and i have not heard anything since. the calls and the messages keep coming. I did not want to go this route but have been left no choice but to complain as i cannot reach anyone on the number stated.
